These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okkebet ("okkebet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the okkebet website located at okkebet.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). 3 Account Registration

- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one okkebet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the okkebet Platform are subject to the following terms:
- Accepted Payment Methods: okkebet currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at okkebet's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;

- Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond okkebet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okkebet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Termination & Suspension
okkebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you;
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
- Inactivity of your account for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okkebet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
